If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right of withdrawal described below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity. <\/p>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last goods.<\/p>

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the \u201cWithdraw from contract<\/a>\u201d function accessible through the link in our website footer. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, without delay. This acknowledgement will include the contents of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt. <\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excluded. <\/p>

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. <\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. <\/p>

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>
